1) Kofi, Paypal, or Venmo.
2) Payment must be up front.
NOTE: A payment plan can be discussed for large orders if you inquire ahead of time.
3) You may use the commission anyway you like, including reposting (please credit me!).
EXCEPTION: You are NOT allowed to resell my work without my explicit permission. Commercial work has an additional fee.
4) I reserve the common-law copyright to all works commissioned, including all reproduction rights. There is a $10 fee if you don't want me to post the art on any of my social media. (This is mostly to allow me to use the work for my portfolio. I will never use commission artwork in a commercial sense besides to advertise myself.)
5) Please provide references. If you have no references, a custom design fee will be charged depending on the level of complexity.
6) I reserve the right to refuse commissions.
7) If a commission has not been finished within 30 days of being received, you may request a full refund or a half refund if you’re willing to wait for the finished product. I will provide a time estimation when taking on a commission.
